Infants play areas include small play frames, shop counters, toadstool seats, playtrains, mazes, trim trails, sand pits, spring rides & seesaws. As we design play areas to suite we can also include play themes like forts and boats.
We also supply and install swing frames for infant use. These we recommend are sited away from main play areas and with safety rails.
Mainly, we install equipment for ages 3 to 12 years old. Other ages can be catered for, as well as disabled access.
Play equipment is nomally log framed. Timber is pressure treated and guaranteed for 20 years.
As stated by BSEN1176 play equipment is required to have safety surfacing around it according to critical fall height criteria and tested in line with BSEN1177. We can advise on, and install, a range of safety surfacing.
